CIRCUMPOLAR CURRENT AND THE ANTARCTIC MAGNETIC FIELD AS DRIVERS OF THE GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE
the fourth pillar of the oceanic climate dynamics ( the North Atlantic, North Pacific, Central Pacific and the Southern Ocean ).

is the main distributor of heat from the equatorial to the high latitude regions. Any change in intensity of these currents will be
reflected in the change of the atmospheric temperature and associated parameters. Circumpolar current is a primary pump of the
world oceans conveyor belt. Its intensity may be partially a function of the Antarctic's magnetic pole's strength (in 1700 Bz = 68.5
microTesla while today Bz = 52.5 microTesla, change of ~ 23%). Variability trend on bi-decadal scale closely matches the TSI,
but with a percentage change some 30 times greater.
